We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States. All items ship from Waterloo or Cambridge, Ontario, Canada. Local pickup is also available for specific items.
*Oversized items are only available for free local pickup or scheduled local delivery for an additional fee.

RETURN POLICY
It's really important to me that you love your purchase. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please email hello@stephboutari.com with your order number and reason for return. For all other instances please refer to the guidelines below:
Apparel, home goods, accessories, notebooks
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. Items must be shipped back to Steph Boutari at the expense of the customer to receive a refund. Once received, the refund will be initiated.
At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges but if you would like to exchange an item you will need to return the item and place a separate order. You can always contact me for any return question at hello@stephboutari.com.
