Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We are shipping to addresses within Canada & US at this time.

Pre-Orders: Pre-order items are not yet in stock and may take 3-4 weeks to be shipped. You will receive an email notification upon shipment.

Mixed Orders: All items will be shipped together. If your order contains a mix of in-stock and pre-order items, in-stock items may be delayed until your pre-order items are ready for shipping. For faster delivery of in-stock items we recommend placing two separate orders (one for in-stock and one for pre-order).

Oversized items which cannot be shipped are available for Local Pickup or Hand Delivery, see below.


DOMESTIC ORDERS

Free Shipping

Purchases that exceed $120 before taxes.


$10 Flat Rate

Regular sized items (prints, apparel, accessories, small paintings).


$50 Hand Delivery

Optional local delivery for oversized / fragile items that cannot be shipped. Delivered indoors at a scheduled time.


Free Local Pickup

Available for specific items. Pickup at Steph’s studio in Galt, Cambridge, by appointment only.


U.S. ORDERS

Includes all US import duties, brokerage, and door-to-door tracking. We use a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) system so your order clears customs automatically with no surprise fees upon delivery.

Standard US Shipping & Duties

Please note that due to recent changes in US trade policy, items manufactured outside of North America now incur significant federal duties and processing fees. To ensure customers aren't hit with unexpected fees, these specific items are currently unavailable for shipping to the US as noted in their individual product descriptions. All other pieces remain available for US delivery with prepaid duties.

 

RETURN POLICY

It's really important to us that you love your purchase!

If your order has been damaged during transit or you received the wrong item, please email hello@stephboutari.com within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  1. Your order number

  2. A photo of the product(s)

  3. A photo of the packaging (in cases of damaged products).

For all other instances, please refer to the guidelines below:

Apparel, home goods, accessories

Our policy allows items to be returned within 7 days of the received date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. Items must be shipped back to Steph Boutari at the expense of the customer to receive a refund. Once received, the refund will be initiated. 

If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the item and place a separate order. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@stephboutari.com.
