I have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. Items must be shipped back to Steph Boutari at the expense of the customer to receive a refund. Once received, the refund will be initiated.
At this time, I am unable to offer exchanges but if you would like to exchange an item you will need to return the item and place a separate order. You can always contact me for any return question at hello@stephboutari.com.
